The Awakening
My path to healing wasn't always clear. Like many of us, I experienced moments of deep disconnection—from myself, from my purpose, and from the peace I knew was possible. As a mother of three daughters, I felt the weight of wanting to show up fully for them while feeling lost within myself.
It was through my own struggles that I discovered the transformative power of energy healing. What began as a search for my own wholeness became a calling to help others find theirs.
The Transformation
Through dedicated practice, study, and deep inner work, I learned to release the patterns that no longer served me. I discovered how to bring my body into alignment, how to create sacred rituals that nourished my spirit, and how to hold space for my own healing.
This journey taught me that healing isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about remembering who we truly are. It's about releasing what no longer serves us and reconnecting with the wisdom, peace, and power that live within.
The Purpose
Now, as an energy healer and guide, my purpose is clear: to hold a compassionate, sacred space for others on their own journeys back to wholeness. Through Reiki, intuitive energy work, spiritual coaching, and body rituals, I help others release what's holding them back and step into lives that feel aligned, peaceful, and true.
